Professional Coaching Training Specialising in ADHD and Neuroinclusive Practice
PASSHE is the UK’s Professional Association of Specific Learning Difference (SpLD) Specialists, with almost 25 years of experience supporting neuroinclusive education across higher and further education. Over the decades, PASSHE has become a recognised voice in advancing inclusive, ethical and evidence-based practice for professionals working with neurodivergent learners.

With coaching skills becoming increasingly valuable for those supporting neurodivergent people, particularly those with ADHD, we are drawing on evidence-based approaches from professional coaching and our long-standing expertise in neuroinclusive education and training to create a suite of specialist ADHD coaching courses that bring together coaching practice and deep understanding of neurodiversity.
Our Specialist ADHD Coaching Course is designed for those already working in specialist 1:1 roles with neurodivergent learners, such as tutors, mentors, study skills professionals and disability advisers, who bring a wealth of experience and deep understanding of ADHD and related profiles, but who are new to coaching. Our course focuses on building strong non-directive coaching foundations to serve the needs of neurodivergent clients. Click the button below for more details and booking you place:
Our course leads to the PASSHE Certificate in ADHD Coaching, awarded on successful completion and assessment of a portfolio that evidences applied practice, reflective learning and core coaching competencies. The certificate is awarded by PASSHE as a specialist professional body with a long-standing track record in neurodiversity training and professional development. While our courses are not externally accredited, the curriculum is carefully aligned with the EMCC Global Competence Framework and the Global Code of Ethics, providing a strong foundation for those who may wish to continue their coaching development through EMCC’s professional pathways.

I have found the core teaching part of this course stimulating, thought-provoking and really enjoyable. It opened my eyes to new concepts which I immediately started putting into practice in my day job. The way the course is organised promotes working within the cohort and helps you get to know others in similar roles, which is always a bonus in SpLD work. The trainers are highly experienced in ADHD coaching and have a wealth of expertise to share. Highly recommended!
